We offer a 7 (seven) days return policy on all bullion products. You may request either a full refund or exchange for items of equal value. Bullion items may not be returned but they may be sold back to us at current market values. Rexau Ltd offer a Buy Back scheme on Gold and Silver Bullion Bars and Coins. Customers selling goods are referred to our Sell Price on the Website to ascertain the current value of metals based on the current live or market fix price, less our standard purchase commission. Due to the active price movement of precious metals, customers will receive the value of their returned goods on the day we receive them. Rexau Ltd do not accepts responsibility for any adverse movement in metal prices between dispatch and receipt of goods. Rexau Ltd reserves the right to decline or defer the option to Buy Back if returned product quality and packaging is compromised, damaged or not original. The item must be in original packaging and in 100% of original condition. We recommend all returns be shipped back to us fully insured and with a tracking number. You accept all risk of loss and title on any item you ship to us until such time that we receive and sign for the package. Rexau Ltd does not accept any responsibility of loss of returned goods whilst in transit.All products shipped by Rexau Ltd as part of our internal processes, will be videotaped to ensure that the contents of the package match the included paperwork.
